Nicholas B. Telesca, Esq.

Nicholas B. Telesca is President of Branch Properties LLC. Founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1973, Branch Properties is a fully integrated real estate company that in its 35 year history has acquired, developed and managed over $2 billion of community and neighborhood shopping centers and luxury multi-family apartment communities through out the southeastern United States.

In addition to his responsibilities with Branch, Nicholas acquired Pyrok, Inc. from its UK based parent in 1991. Pyrok, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of seamless acoustical plasters that are the preferred choice of architects and designers for con temporary and traditional interiors and restoration projects.

Nicholas is a partner in two successful restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia. Eclipse di Luna and Loca Luna are festive, Spanish style tapas restaurants. These unique, high energy  restaurants offer  award  winning  tapas and live  entertainment in a visually  exciting environment.

Having received a BA in Economics from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, Nicholas went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Emory School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and is a member of the Georgia Bar.

Nicholas is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
